Are you signing up for homeowner’s insurance? Some insurance companies require a 4 point home inspection to be performed before they will issue a policy if the home is around 25 years or older. This is because insurance companies assume that newer homes are less likely to have these problems as frequently as older homes.

A 4 point inspection is a snapshot of the condition of the aforementioned aspects of your home. After the inspection is performed, our team of certified inspectors will create the report required by the insurance company same-day. This state-of-the-art online report includes video and pictures documenting what was found. We try to make the report as easy-to-understand as possible, but if something is unclear, please reach out for further explanation.

Warranty Inspection
We perform a new-home warranty inspection four to six weeks before the builder’s warranty expires, which is usually at the one-year mark of the home. Don’t ignore this important time. It’s about this time that problems will start to pop up that the builder must fix on his dime — if the homeowner remembers to schedule an inspection, which most don’t. Here are just a few things we’ll check.
